STOP riding the bicycle immediately. Please visit any Dahon dealer for free inspection and replacement if necessary. To find a local Dahon dealer go to http://www.dahon.com/locator/ and type in your ZIP code. If you do not have a Dahon dealer nearby please locate your bicycle's serial number by turning your bike upside down and looking under the bottom bracket. Email the serial number along with the name, address and contact person of your local bike shop to Thorsten@thorusa.com or call Thor USA at 800 222 8356. We will arrange to have a replacement stem sent to your local (non-Dahon dealer) bicycle shop for replacement at no cost to you.
